Can mental health benefits undo the effects of an “always on” culture in SEA?

Mental well-being is key to job satisfaction and performance. In partnership with Intellect, we explored how employees experience exhaustion, anxiety, and negativity at work, along with key sources of stress and work-life balance struggles.

Our study examines employer support, workplace mental health resources, and the tools employees rely on to manage their well-being. We also uncover how mental health influences job searches and whether a lack of support would make candidates reconsider job offers.

The findings highlight a clear shift—mental well-being isn’t optional; it’s essential for a thriving workplace.
