In collaboration with Singapore women magazine, Her World, we find out in the 2022 Health & Wellness report how women are faring mentally and physically, and the challenges they face in their everyday lives to achieve their best.
76% of women said that they experienced sleep problems since the Covid-19 pandemic, with the most common being: Feeling tired despite getting enough sleep (50%), Frequently waking up in the middle of of the night (48%) and Irregular sleep schedules (45%).
While 78% think that they are very or somewhat mentally healthy, 51% feel inclined to solve their own problems before seeking help, and 32% don't know how to resolve them.
2021 has been a year of up and downs with the Omicron variant shifting our course of recovery towards endemic, but despite these challenges, Singapore women have achieved great positive changes in the past year - 53% managed to spend more quality time with their loved ones, 42% learned a new skill or knowledge, and took better care of their physical health.
