Opinion of Online Shopping Since Covid-19

Between Jan to June 2020, Singapore's e-commerce platforms experienced 23% growth in total web visits. The pandemic seems to have driven this growth, with more than half of respondents in a Milieu survey indicating that their opinions of online shopping has improved.
