First and foremost, thank you so much for all the support so far. We now have more than 10,000 users on our platform so far and we couldn’t have come this far without all of you!
The past few months have been (and still continues to be!) a very exciting journey and an amazing learning experience for our team. We’ve had our fair share of trials and triumphs and have learnt a great deal along the way. Armed with an arsenal of these experiences, we are more committed than ever to provide you with the best user experience possible.
For members of our community who have encountered issues with our app, please accept our sincere apologies. We know that we still have plenty to work on and we promise to do better, starting now!
Our team has been hard at work for the past few months, upgrading our app so you have a faster, simpler, more seamless survey taking experience. We are pleased to inform you that we are launching version 1.2 of our app, which comes with improvements in design, UI and brand new features.
Here are some cool new things to look out for:
1. Milieu Surveys is now available in Thailand! Thai users can now sign up and participate in surveys on our app!
2. A refined design and user interface across our app to provide you with a sleeker, more intuitive experience
3. A complete overhaul in the “Polls” section so it’s way easier to navigate and participate in fun polls and browse results in real-time
4. Get updated on the latest news and content directly from our app! Click on the “READ MORE” button after you've answered polls to read related articles
5. We optimized performance across all aspects of our app to reduce the load on phone memory and to prevent in-app crashes. Our app is now smoother than ever before!
Running a startup is always an adventure and we constantly have to make decisions with limited resources to grow a sustainable and healthy business. I would like to take this opportunity to personally commit to all of you that we are working as hard as we can to achieve our vision and provide our users with the best rewards, the most surveys and the greatest user experience possible.
