Delving into various aspects, we aim to understand their work experience, career aspirations, alignment with skills, satisfaction levels, views on leadership and intergenerational dynamics, the significance of upskilling, as well as the challenges encountered both within and outside the workplace. Furthermore, we compare the outlook on life between millennials, Gen X, and Gen Z, shedding light on their opinions and concerns in this ever-evolving landscape.
