After countless long nights, lots of very literal heavy lifting and the occasional flood of tears, we’re proud to finally announce our product is ready for launch! With some of you receiving constant test invites flooding your inboxes (we’re sorry) and being endlessly badgered to provide feedback (we’re not sorry), many of you have probably been wondering what Milieu does, how we operate and what kind of coffee we drink.

Apart from being part time designers and full time bee watchers, at our core, Milieu is a market research company. For the good part of 2017, we’ve been hard at work building a survey app that helps consumers take paid surveys, answer fun questions and claim awesome rewards by simply using a mobile app and we’re excited to share this with you!

A mobile survey app? What’s that?

Milieu Surveys is a mobile survey app that allows you to take fun surveys on topics ranging from personal attitudes to food preferences. Every survey you take will earn you points that can be used in exchange for rewards like cash or charity donations.

Unlike other survey apps, Milieu Surveys has questions regarding popular interest topics like Oxley Road, or Amos Yee. Our app also allows you to check out your results and how everyone else voted! The best part? Milieu Surveys is absolutely free and will always be free.

Sounds cool! But why a mobile app?

Desktop surveys are terribly intrusive on a user and Singaporeans are increasingly spending more time on their mobile phones. A mobile survey app allows you to take surveys on the go, helps you kill time when you’re waiting in line for Gong Cha, earn cash when the train breaks down and on top of it all, can even contribute a good cause!

You got me at earn cash! Can everyone use Milieu? Even my mum?

Milieu is for everyone who ever wanted to make money without even rolling out of bed. Our app is also for everyone who loves taking paid surveys but find other survey apps awkward, terribly slow or don’t give you surveys as often as you like. Finally, Milieu Surveys perfect is for everyone who loves sharing their opinion and finding out what their community thinks about hot button topics.

So yes, everyone can use Milieu, especially your mum!

If you have a mobile device with access to the Apple App store or the Google Play store, just head on over (or click the download button here) and download “Milieu Surveys” to gain access to tons of surveys and interesting insights! You’ll have access to new surveys which are updated frequently and you’ll find out what Singaporeans think of popular (and sometimes controversial) topics!

The more surveys you take, the more points you accumulate. Once you’ve reached a certain number of points, you can redeem them for cash (via PayPal or PayNow), charity donations (Unicef, Singapore Children’s Society), shopping vouchers (Giant, Cold Storage, Guardian and many more) or even transport credits (Grab)!
