Understanding personal wellness and health check-up trends in Singapore

In our latest study, we sought out to understand personal wellness and health check-up trends in Singapore. We aimed to uncover the frequency Singaporeans undergo health screenings, whether they actively seek out health screening promotions, and where they typically conduct their health check-ups. Additionally, we shed light on the perceptions of Singaporeans across different age groups regarding their mental and physical health, their allocated budgets for health and wellness, as well as the preventive health and wellness habits they adopt.
