What are some important things that Singapore employees look out for, and are they getting what they want? Getting appreciated at work has the greatest disparity in expectations and actually receiving it. There is also a lack of satisfactory welfare benefits. Perhaps, more work needs to be done to allow employees to feel reciprocity for their efforts.
