It explores their perspectives on balancing work and family commitments, strategies for meeting expectations, and managing competing demands in both professional and personal realms. The study also examines the availability of childcare options, the effectiveness of maternity leave policies, and how revealing their motherhood impacts their careers. The insights from this dataset are crucial for developing services tailored to working mothers, enhancing employee engagement strategies, and guiding organizations in effectively addressing market needs.
